
False Harassment Claim Under POHA Dismissed After Trial
Our client was involved in a personal relationship with a colleague, which unfortunately ended on difficult terms. Following the breakup, the colleague commenced a harassment claim under the Protection from Harassment Act (POHA) in Singapore, which our client firmly maintained was retaliatory in nature.
The matter was particularly complex as it involved workplace dynamics and mutual colleagues, a common feature in POHA harassment cases in Singapore.
